Julie Hatfield is President of Wright & Company Construction. Julie applies her decades of experience as a senior project manager toward realizing the goals of each of our clients. She has a strong appreciation for integrity of design, having graduated from the Harvard Graduate School of Design with a MArch and has worked at Stelle Architects before joining Wright & Co.

Julie has managed many of our largest and most complex projects, partnering with clients, architects and designers to thread their projects through the often competing demands of schedule, budget and the intricacy of high-end custom design—always striving to do the very best for the team, our clients and our employees.

Julie is also very active in the community, having served on a number of boards in her hometown of Sag Harbor and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of The Retreat. Her strong values and work ethic make her a role model for friends, home family and work family.
