Joe Altamore joined our post-construction department 10 years ago—he now heads that department. Joe leads a team of 15 and stays in continuous communication with our clients and their staff, fulfilling requests for maintenance work, performing seasonal chores and organizing and carrying out substantial post-construction improvements. Our homes incorporate sophisticated systems that require expert care and Joe and his team are there to ensure that around-the-clock support is available for the life of our homes.
